What you need:

bead loom,

beads,

thread,

thin needle that you can pull through the beads,

scissors

Cut off pieces of thread.

You need one piece for each row of beads and one in addition.
The thread should be longer than your workpiece is going to be.
Knot all threads together on both sides.

Separate the threads so that you get two strands.

Then put on the strands between the nails.

Now you can distribute the single threads into the device.

These threads are called warp.

The thread with which you apply the beads is called weft.

Knot the weft to the outer warp.

Slide a needle onto the weft.
Apply beads to the needle.

You need one bead less than there are warp threads,

i.e. if there are ten warp threads you need nine beads.

Pull the weft through the beads and place the beads under the warp.

Press each bead between two warp threads.

Pass the needle back through the beads above the warp.

Now the first row is finished.

Weave the other rows in the same way.

If the weft thread gets too short, knot on a new piece of thread.

Cut off the rest of the thread that juts out.

Then pull the knot into the bead row so that you cannot see it anymore.
