What you need:
matches,
wood glue,
art knife
Glue four sticks together so that they form a square.
Glue four more sticks on top so that the ends of the sticks overlap.
Glue one stick into each corner.
Now you have the basic scaffolding for the stool.
To stabilize the stool, glue another three sticks to each leg.
Now apply sticks to the seat.
Your stool is finished.
You might want to sandpaper the stool and paint it.
