What you need:
paper rectangle (paper should not be too thin),
adhesive tape,
scissors,
napkin,
stapler,
curling ribbon
Fold the short edge of the sheet...
...up 1cm / 0.4".
Roll the sheet into the shape of a school
cone so that the edge of the sheet is in the
fold.
Stick the edges together with adhesive tape.
Cut off the rest of the sheet at the opening
with scissors so that you get an even
rim.
Open the napkin and fold it in half.
Put the napkin around the school cone so that the edge
of the napkin and the edge of the school cone are on top of each
other.
Staple the edges together.
Fold the napkin up.
Fill the school cone with sweets or little presents.
Close the school cone at the top with a piece of curling ribbon.
