What you need:
paper (9cm x 9cm / 3.5" x 3.5" * noteblock ),
compass,
scissors,
crepe paper,
stapler,
curling ribbon,
transparent adhesive tape
Using the compass, draw the quarter of a circle onto the sheet of paper.
The radius should be as long as one side of the
sheet.
Cut out the segment.
Roll the segment into the shape of a school cone.
You can stick the edges together more easily if they overlap.
Stick the edges together on the outside with transparent adhesive tape.
Cut out a square of crepe paper that is large enough to fit around the rim of the school cone. It might even be a little
larger.
Put the crepe paper around the rim of the school cone
and staple the edges
together.
Fold the crepe paper up.
Tie up the school cone with a piece of curling ribbon or thread. You can use the school cone as table decoration. You can also put some money inside and give it away as
present.
