What you need:
EVA foam,
scissors,
crepe paper,
stapler,
curling ribbon,
double-faced adhesive tape,
needle,
embroidery thread,
EVA foam letters and flowers
First create a large compass.
Cut off a piece of string that is as long as the short edge of the EVA foam sheet (about 60cm/2ft). Tie one end of the string to the tack,
the other to the pencil.
Put a piece of cardboard under one corner of the EVA foam sheet.
Pin the tack into the EVA foam near the edge.
Draw a quarter of a circle onto the sheet.
Cut out the quarter of a circle.
Thread the needle with a piece of embroidery thread.
Roll the quarter of the circle into the shape of a school cone.
Sew the edges of the EVA foam
together.
Cut out a square of crepe paper that fits around the rim of the school cone (perhaps even a little bit
larger).
Put the crepe paper around the opening of the school cone so that the edge of the crepe paper and the rim of the cone are on top of each other.
Staple the edges
together.
Fold the crepe paper up. Fill the school cone and tie it up with a piece of curling ribbon or other
thread.
You can also decorate the school cone further with EVA foam letters or flowers. Stick the shapes to the cone with small pieces of double-faced adhesive
tape.
