What you need:
plastic bottle,
crepe paper,
transparent paper
(e.g. coloured cellophane or parchment / greaseproof / wax paper),
glue stick,
scissors,
stapler,
curling ribbon,
craft knife
Cut off the upper part of the plastic bottle.
Cut the transparent paper into small pieces.
Stick the transparent paper stripes onto the bottle.
Cut out a piece of crepe paper (about 30cm x 30cm / 1ft x 1ft).
Put the crepe paper around the bottle so that the edge of the crepe paper and the rim of the bottle are on top of each other.
Staple the edge of the crepe paper to the rim of the bottle.
Fold the crepe paper up.
Fill sweets or little presents into the bottle.
Tie the crepe paper up with a piece of curling ribbon.
