What you need:
rectangular sheet of paper
Fold a sheet of paper diagonally so that it makes a triangle.
Unfold the paper and fold it diagonally from the other side as well.
Unfold the paper again.
Press the right and the left side towards the centre.
The upper edge of the paper is on top now and shows downwards.
You have a triangle now with some paper stretching out at the
bottom.
 
Fold the right and left corners of the upper layer to the top.
Fold the right and left corners to the centre.
The edges are aligned with the centre line.
Fold the plane in the middle and turn it around 90°.
Fold the top edge of the wing down so that it is aligned with the bottom edge.
Fold the edge halfway up
again.
 
Turn the plane over and repeat the last two steps on the other side.
Your plane is finished.
