What you need:
square sheet of paper (grey or white),
scissors,
optionally grey pens
Fold the paper diagonally.
Turn the paper so that the fold shows towards
you.
Fold the right corner to the top.
Fold the left corner to the top, too.
These are the wings of the ladybird.
Fold the lower corner several millimetres up.
Open the wings.
Bring the small corner to the inside.
Close the wings again.
Cut the body (the wings) of the ladybird into an oval shape.
 
Paint the front part of the ladybird black.
Paint the wings of the ladybird red and apply small black dots.
