What you need:
square sheet of paper
Fold the paper in half and unfold it again.
 
Fold the parallel edges to the centre line and unfold them as well.
 
 
Turn the paper around 90°.
Fold the bottom corners to the centre line.
 
 
Fold the top corners to the first fold.
 
 
Fold the heart at the centre line.
 
Fold the upper corner at the centre line to the nearest fold.
 
Unfold the last two folds so that all corners show to the back.
 
Dent the last fold carefully to the back so that the heart becomes slightly
domed.
