What you need: 

glass paint, 

brush, 

glass, e.g. empty mustard jar

Wash and wipe the glass.

Apply the paint onto the glass in circles. 

The circles don't need to be regular.

Take a new colour for each circle. 

Paint the whole glass and let it dry.

Put a tea light into the glass.

You can also paint the glass with other motifs.
