What you need:
paper tube from toilet roll,
coloured film,
glue,
scissors,
crepe paper,
curling ribbon
Glue a piece of coloured film to the outside of the tube.
Cut two pieces out of crepe paper in the same size (about 8x8 in).
Apply glue to the tube at the rims, about 0.4 in broad from each rim. Glue one edge of the piece of crepe paper around the tube.
Fill the “candy“ with sweets or other small gifts and tie the ends up with curling
ribbon.
