What you need: 

red felt, 

small jar (e.g. pesto jar), 

painting pattern: heart, 

pen, 

scissors, 

needle, 

string, 

sequins, 

tealight

Cut a stripe out of felt that is as long as the circumference 

of the jar and as broad as the jar is high.

Cut out the heart pattern. Draw the pattern on the felt several times. 

Cut the hearts out.

Decorate the upper edge of the felt with sequins. 

Sew the sequins to the felt along a line beneath the edge.

Sew the short edges of the felt together.

Put the felt tube on the jar and a tealight into the jar. 

Use a candle lighter for lighting the tealight.
