What you need: 

empty glass (e.g. old drinking glass), 

window sticker paint, 

outliner paint, 

sheet protector

Draw letters onto the sheet protector with outliner paint. 

You only need to draw the outlines of the letters. 

The letters should be small enough to fit onto the glass.

Let the outliner paint dry. 

Fill the letters with window sticker paint.

Let the paint dry again for about a day. 

Then you can remove the letters from the sheet protector 

and press them onto the glass. 

The letters stick to the glass immediately, you don't need any glue.

That's it!
