Balloon decoration

What you need: 

18 water bombs, 

3 curtain rings (or any other rings), 

String

Blow up the balloons and tie their ends off. 

Tie a piece of string on each balloon. 

Tie six balloons to one curtain ring.

Tie the three rings together and use this piece of string for hanging as well.
