What you need: 

acorns, 

matches

The first acorn is used as body of the animal. 

Put four matches into the acorn as legs.

Put another match into the acorn as neck. 

Apply another acorn on top of the neck as head.

Tip: If you cannot put the matches into the acorns, 

make a small hole with a pricker first.
