What you need:
coloured felt,
needle,
thread,
scissors,
glue,
cotton wool
Cut two equal-sized circles out of felt.
Sew the circles together along the edge until three quarters of the circle is closed.
Turn the cushion on its reverse side through the opening.
Now the seam is on the inside.
Stuff the cushion with cotton wool.
Sew the remaining opening up too.
Cut small shapes out of felt and glue them onto the cushion.
You can also choose different shapes for the cushion,
it doesn't have to be a circle.
