What you need:
craft
sticks,
wood glue
Put two craft sticks parallel to each other.
Apply a little bit glue on all ends of the sticks
and put two more sticks at right angles on top.
There is a square
now.
Let the glue dry.
When the glue is dry, apply four more sticks.
Glue a stick next to each stick into the
square.
Now the front part of your picture frame is finished.
For the back put again two sticks parallel to each other.
Glue a third stick to the two lower ends of the sticks.
Now apply more sticks next to that...
...until the two parallel sticks are completely covered with sticks.
Let the glue dry.
Put the back on the table with the flat side down.
The two parallel sticks are on the left and on the right.
If the ends stick out to one side, turn this side up.
Apply glue to the two parallel sticks.
Put the front on top in such a way...
...that the side sticks fit onto each other.
Let the frame dry.
There is an opening on two sides of the frame now.
As one side will become the
bottom...
...glue another stick into one opening so that the picture will not slip out
later.
When the frame has dried, the basic picture frame is finished.
If you want your picture frame to stand,
put two pairs of sticks parallel to each
other.
Glue the frame onto the sticks and let it dry.
