What you need:
newspapers or self-coloured paper,
paint,
napkins with motif,
clear coat or glue for napkin technique,
brush
Take a sheet of self-coloured paper.
When you do not have self-coloured paper, you can also use a newspaper sheet and paint one side. Perhaps you have to apply more than one layer of paint otherwise the letters will still shine
through.
Let the paint dry, then paint the other side as well. Let this side dry, too.
Cut motifs out of the napkins. Separate the layers of the napkins. You only need the uppermost layer on which the motif is printed.
Put the motifs onto the paper. Apply glue for napkin technique or clear coat to the motifs. Always brush from the middle towards the
edges.
Let the glue or clear coat dry. That's it!
