What you need:
two white napkins,
string,
black felt pen
Open one napkin. Form a ball out of the other napkin.
Put the napkin ball into the middle of the other napkin.
Wrap the napkin around the ball. Tie the napkin together with a piece of
string.
Draw a face onto the ghost with a felt pen.
Tips:
If the napkin consists of several layers, separate the layers of the finished ghost. Thus, the body of the ghost will look more ample.
For hanging, fasten a piece of string to the head of the ghost with sticky tape or pull the string through the head with a needle.
