What you need:
card
stock (small sheet, about 9 x 13 in),
transparent paper
(e.g. coloured cellophane or parchment / greaseproof / wax paper),
glue,
scissors,
knife,
ruler
Fold the card stock in half.
With the help of ruler and knife, cut a window into both sheets of the card
stock. Leave a margin of about 0.5 to 1 in at the
edges.
Glue transparent paper between the two sheets of the card stock.
Apply other pieces of transparent paper onto the transparent paper.
Try to use several
colours.
Your window picture is finished.
