What you need:
card stock or coloured paper,
scissors,
ruler,
pencil,
pair of compasses,
sample bag clips or curling ribbon,
hole punch
Draw a circle onto a sheet of card stock.
Using the same centre, draw another circle that is somewhat
larger.
Divide the circle into eight parts of the same size.
Cut out the circle.
Cut along the marked lines up to the beginning of the inner circle.
Using the scissors like a knife, carefully scratch along the inner circle line. That makes the folding easier. But be careful that you do not cut through the card stock completely.
Fold the outer parts of the circle up.
Make two holes into each part, one in the left and one in the right corner.
All holes should have the same distance from the edge.
Push the parts together so that always two holes are on top of each other.
Put sample bag clips or pieces of curling ribbon through the holes so that the parts remain in that
position.
