What you need:
pattern: mask,
card stock (e.g. corrugated paper, construction paper),
scissors or knife,
elastic band,
glue,
feathers,
beads,
sequins,
coloured paper,
and so on
Cut out the pattern (you can choose between the large or the small shape).
Place the pattern on a piece of card stock.
Draw the mask onto the cardstock and cut it out.
Don't forget to cut out the
eyes.
Decorate the mask by gluing for example feathers and sequins onto it.
You can also use coloured paper or beads. You can create a mask that goes well with a certain costume too.
Make a hole into the edges on the left and on the right. Pull a piece of elastic band through the holes. If the card stock is quite thin, make the edges more stable with sticky
tape.
