Fringe garland

What you need:

coloured paper,

long piece of cord,

adhesive tape,

scissors

Put up a piece of cord. Fold up one edge of a sheet of paper.

Put the paper onto the cord.

Stick the folded edge to the sheet

so that the sheet can't be removed from the cord.

Using scissors, cut into the paper many times.

Apply more sheets and keep cutting until the garland is long enough.
