What you need:
fuse beads,
pegboard,
greaseproof paper or baking parchment,
dry iron,
optionally a pair of tweezers,
photo glue or double-faced adhesive tape,
optionally a piece of
cardboard
Think up a motif or pattern.
You can draw the motif on squared paper as well.
Place the beads on the pegboard.
For that you can use a pair of tweezers if that is easier for
you.
Only apply a frame of beads to the pegboard.
Do not make your frame too narrow because you need some space
to attach a photo to the frame.
When all the beads for the frame are applied,
preheat the iron to the medium
setting.
Put a piece of greaseproof paper on the beads (which are still on the pegboard) and iron them until they fuse under the paper. You can easily recognise that.
Turn off the iron and wait a minute. The beads are quite hot now.
Peel off the greaseproof paper and remove the picture from the pegboard.
Now take a photo, cut it into the size of the frame, and apply it to the frame.
If you want, you can cut a cover for the back out of cardboard. For a cover made of fuse beads, use the same pattern that you used for the frame but fill the pegs in between the frame as well.
