Hexagon wall clock

Deutsch

What you need:

colourful fuse beads,

large hexagon-shaped pegboard,

greaseproof paper or baking parchment,

dry iron,

pair of tweezers,

clockwork with hanger

Seven pegs in the middle of the pegboard remain empty.

That is where the clockwork will be put through later.

Start in the middle and apply the beads in circles of different colours.

It looks nice if the colours are ordered in a similar way as the colours of the rainbow. Mark the six corners near to the edge with black beads.

When you have finished applying the beads, preheat the iron. Do not use steam.
Put a piece of greaseproof paper (or baking parchment) on the beads and iron them until they fuse.

Let the beads cool down for some time and remove them from the pegboard.

Iron the back as well.
Let the plate cool down for some time.

Put the clockwork through the middle of the plate.

Fasten the hands.
Put in a battery, set the clock and hang it on the wall.
