What you need:
two metal or wooden rings in different sizes,
clingfilm,
tulle,
thread,
curling ribbon,
liquorice,
chocolates,
jelly babies, or other sweets,
card stock,
gloss marker pen or gel pen
Cut 24 pieces out of the clingfilm (each about 4" x 4").
Distribute the sweets onto the clingfilm pieces
evenly.
Put the corners of the pieces together and tie them up with a piece of thread.
Cut similar-sized pieces out of the tulle.
Wrap a piece of tulle around each clingfilm
bag.
Tie the tulle up with a piece of curling ribbon.
Cut 24 cards out of the card stock.
Write the numbers from one to 24 onto the cards. Tie a card to each little
bag.
Hang up the larger ring horizontally with pieces of curling ribbon.
Tie the smaller ring below the larger one. Then tie the bags to the rings evenly.
