What you need:
24 small paper bags (either ready-made or created by yourself),
glitter glue or gel pens,
wire netting,
wooden sticks,
cotton wool,
items for decorating the calendar, e.g. stars,
bows,
straw figures and so on
Write the numbers one to 24...
...onto the bags.
 
Cut off a piece of wire netting.
Mind the edges! Carefully bend them around so that nobody gets hurt.
The wire netting should be so large that you can put all 24 bag onto it.
Insert wooden sticks into the wire netting along the edges.
Fill small presents or sweets into the bags. Cover the presents with some cotton wool so that they can't be seen at first
sight.
Tie the bags to the wire netting with a piece of thread or wire.
 
Decorate the calendar further with some stars or bows.
You can also weave some fir branches or fairy lights into the wire netting.
