Matchbox calendar

What you need: 

24 matchboxes, 

wooden board (at least 12" x 12"), 

coloured aluminium foil (crafting foil), 

glue, 

bead garland, 

scissors, 

glitter stars

Glue aluminium foil around each of the 24 matchboxes.

You should still be able to open the matchboxes. 

Stick aluminium foil onto the board too.

Glue the matchboxes onto the board. 

Stick two matchboxes into each corner and onto the middle of each edge.

Then glue one matchbox on top of each pair.

Decorate the calendar with glitter stars and the bead garland.

Fill little presents into the matchboxes, 

e.g. chocolates or money.
