Cut off calendar

What you need: 

crepe paper, 

foil, or other, 

scissors, 

curling ribbon, 

24 little sweets (e.g. chocolates)

  
Wrap a piece of paper around each sweet. 

Tie the ends of the paper together like a candy.

  
Cut off a piece of cord (about 3yd). 

Fold the cord in half and tie a knot into the closed end.
Tie the sweets onto the cord beneath each other.

  
Tie one side of the sweet to one cord, 

the other side to the other cord.

  
You are allowed to cut off one sweet a day from the bottom to the top.
