What you need:
paper tube (e.g. from kitchen or toilet roll),
knife,
wool,
beads
Cut the tube into small rings.
Wrap the rings with wool. Tie the ends of the wool together on the inside of the ring.
Tip: You can also string some beads onto a piece of wool and tie it to the ring.
