What you need:
beads for practising,
wire
String two beads onto a piece of wire.
String two more beads onto one end of the wire.
Pull the other end of the wire through the last two beads from the other side.
Pull the beads tight.
Add more rows of beads in the same way.
Of course you can also string three or four beads,
or only one bead at once.
If you want to create a flat body, add the rows together more loosely.
If you want to create a rounder body, pull the beads tight.
