What you need:
beads (about 4-6mm / 0.16-0.24in),
thin craft wire
Cut off a piece of wire that is about 90cm / 35in / 1yd long.
String six golden beads and twelve white beads onto the wire in the following order: two white beads, one golden bead, two white beads, and so on.
Create a ring out of these beads by pulling one end of the wire through all beads again. Afterwards, the ends of the wire should be equally long and at one place.
String three white beads and then two golden
beads onto both ends of the wire at once.
Pull the ends back through the last but one bead
and apply three more white beads.
Pull the ends of the wire through the next golden bead of the ring.
String three white beads and then two golden beads onto
both ends of the wire at once.
Pull the ends of the wire back through the last but one bead again
and apply three more white beads.
Pull the ends of the wire through the next golden bead of the ring again.
Repeat this pattern until the star is finished.
Tip:
Of course you can also create stars in different colours.
