What you need:
fir cones (or other),
beech-nuts,
glue,
string
Choose beech-nuts that are widely opened.
Remove the stem of the fir cone.
Stick the fir cone into the beech-nut.
Tie a piece of string to the stem of the beech-nut for hanging.
Hang the cone into the window or on the Christmas tree as
decoration.
