What you need: 

two chestnuts, 

matches

You do not need whole matches for the legs of the animal. 

Break pieces off the matches that are as long as you want the legs to be. 

Put four matches into the lower side of the chestnut.

Put another match into the upper side as neck. 

Plug in a chestnut as head.

You can also apply matches as horns or tail. 

Be creative!

Tip: If you cannot put the matches into the chestnuts, 

make a small hole with a pricker first.
