What you need:
acorns,
matches
Put five matches into an acorn: one at the top as neck,
two at the sides as arms, and two at the bottom as
legs.
 
Choose another acorn with hat.
Put it onto the neck as
head.
You can also put the legs to the front so that the figure can sit.
 
Tip: If you cannot put the matches into the acorns,
make a small hole with a pricker first.
