Coconut truffles |
Ingredients (for about 12 truffles):
6 pieces of dark chocolate, 8 tbsp coconut flakes, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp water
and water into a pot and bring to a boil. Stir well until sugar has dissolved.
Let the mixture cool down.
Form the chocolate mixture into 12 balls. Roll each ball in the coconut flakes.
put them into small paper cases.
