What you need:
craft
sticks,
wood glue,
napkin with motifs,
glue for napkin technique,
brush,
paint,
thread for hanging
Put several craft sticks next to each other.
The sticks should all be slightly shifted up or down.
Put as many sticks next to each other as you need to cover one stick in length.
Glue two sticks horizontally on top of the others, one near to the top,
the other near to the
bottom.
Let the glue dry.
Undercoat the fence in the colour of your choice.
Choose a motif on the napkin that is not bigger in size than the fence itself.
Cut out the motif. Remove the uppermost layer of the
napkin.
Paint the fence with napkin glue and position the motif.
Paint the napkin carefully with glue, too.
You might want to add glitter to the glue as well.
Let the fence dry.
A thread can be pulled through the fence for hanging.
