Fruit heart cake

Ingredients: 

 

baked pastry case, 

1 jar of cherries (or other fruit), 

1 can of peaches, 

white flan jelly, 

sugar, 

icing sugar

 



Let the fruit drain. Keep the excess for the flan jelly later.



Put the red fruit onto the middle of the pastry case in a heart shape.



Put the peaches around the heart.
When the whole cake is covered with fruit, prepare the flan jelly following the description on the sachet. Starting in the middle, spoon the flan jelly onto the cake. 

Let the flan jelly cool down.



Mix icing sugar with only a little amount of water until you get a thick icing. 

(As an alternative you can use cream and gelatine or buy ready-made icing.) 



Fill the icing into an icing bag and decorate the outline of the heart.
