What you need:
Broad
ribbon,
Glue
Cut off a piece of ribbon (about 6 in to 8 in)
Fold the piece of ribbon in half
and cut off both ends together at an angle.
Open the ribbon again.
Now stick the two ends together in such a way that a pointed funnel is formed.
 
This is one of the star points. Make four more of these funnels.
Arrange the five small funnels in the form of a star and stick them together.
A thread can be pulled through for hanging.
