What you need: 

black and white pipe cleaners, 

glue,

 wiggle eyes

Cut five black pipe cleaners into the same size.
Put four of them next to each other.

 
Press one of the ends of all pipe cleaners together with one hand. 

With the other hand, twist two pipe cleaners around the others as arms. 

    
Twist the fifth pipe cleaner around the middle 

of the others as belly.

  
Twist the white pipe cleaner around the upper ends 

of the others as head.

  
Glue two wiggle eyes onto the head.
