What you need:
square sheet of paper
Fold the paper horizontally and vertically in half.
Fold the paper diagonally in both directions as well.
Always unfold the paper
again.
Press the right and the left side towards the centre.
The upper edge of the paper is on top now and shows downwards.
You have a triangle
now.
 
Using only the uppermost layer, fold the left corner to the top.
Fold this part to the right.
Now fold this right corner to the centre
fold.
Fold the part to the left again.
The pointed end shows to the
outside.
Repeat the steps for the right corner.
Turn the figure over.
Fold the left corner down so that the left edge is aligned with the centre line.
Then fold the edge back to the diagonal line.
Repeat the last two steps with the right corner as well.
Turn the figure over and your frog is finished.
