What you need:
paper or construction paper,
scissors,
glue
Cut the paper into stripes.
Form a ring out of one stripe and glue the ends together.
Pull the next stripe through the ring. Then form another ring and glue the ends of this stripe together, too.
Repeat this until your garland is long enough.
Tip:
You can create a variety of chain garlands
if you use one, two, or more colours or if you make rings in various sizes.
